SHIPPING
Please allow at least 3-5 business days for items to ship. Currently I only ship within the USA.
Items marked "Made to order" and custom pieces will be shipped in 3-6 weeks.
If you need something by a specific date, I am happy to do my best to accommodate. Please contact me prior to placing your order to let me know when you'll need the piece.
Each glass piece is carefully packaged with reused/recycled packaging materials. If you receive a damaged piece, please contact me right away either through the contact form or email directly: colormagicglass@gmail.com
Everything is shipped via USPS and includes tracking info.
I am not responsible for items lost by USPS or stolen packages.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
INSTALLATION
I recommend hanging from a secure hook or nail, not a suction cup. Suction cups are not reliable and will detach from windows over time.
GLASS CARE
Solder and came borders contain lead; it is recommended to wash your hands after handling.
To remove finger prints or dust from your stained glass piece, wipe with a microfiber cloth. To clean more thoroughly, be sure to use a non-ammonia or acid-based glass cleaner. Do not use vinegar or Windex.
Solder and lead oxidize over time, darkening, and occasionally developing white speckles. Each stained glass piece is waxed to slow down this process, but oxidation is a natural occurrence. If you see this develop you can clean it off with a microfiber cloth. Do not use anything abrasive as you can remove the patina and take extra care around painted elements.
Patinas darken and dull over time. To restore the shine of the piece, you can apply and buff with Carnauba car wax using a microfiber cloth.
